I’m pleased to reveal that we were given the team of the month award last night at the league meeting. Due to the recent lack of fixtures it was awarded for combined results in December and Janurary. It’s an excellent bit if recoginition for the season we’ve had so far, no one can argue with the fact that we’re unbeaten in the league and have a place booked in our league cup final. Lets make every effort to keep up the high standard of performances that you’ve all set over the last few weeks, we’ve got a great chance to really kick on from here and win the league and cup double.

For the passed two season Toms name has been touted around the Jailhouse during the transfer windows. In 2009 we’ve got him. Some will call him Jesus, some will call him God but we all know him as “T-Bone”! Veteran to the NDSFL Tom is a man mountain with natural springs which helps him win every ball in the air and intercept crosses before they meet they targets. A very powerful tackler and ball winning, he’s sure to add steel to the back four. [photos]
